As a UX designer, I'm passionate about the role design can play in improving people's lives by creating designs that are equitable and accessible. Working on diverse products where customer expectations for user experience, speed, and dependability are generally higher has opened my eyes to the importance of other parts of a product besides a beautiful layout and intuitive interactions in accomplishing these goals. I have witnessed products fall short of satisfying user expectations on several occasions, and it was not due to a lack of effort on the part of the engineering team. It was easy to recognize the value of what the team at Rely.io was solving after meeting with José Velez. The need for a solution that allows fast-growing companies to build and maintain reliable products while also improving the quality of life of their engineering team has never been clearer.
It's been an incredible experience for me to be a part of the Rely.io team. Despite the fact that we are a remote team, the onboarding process was simple and fun. So far, the best parts of working here have been the amazing people and the supportive culture. Everyone's humility and ease of communication, whether for fun coffee chats or work has been fantastic. I was so excited to join the team, and now I'm even more excited to share and contribute to the growth of the platform!
The Rely.io platform simplifies otherwise time-consuming operations, reducing team fatigue and boosting optimum productivity in small to large enterprises. Teams can more accurately define and measure their software's Service Level Objectives (SLOs) by incorporating data-driven decisions into the core of their SRE processes. Rely.io intends to turn the market's best practices developed over time by top companies into the most comprehensive SRE platform, so that organizations with a smaller budget can enjoy the benefits of these practices as well.
I am confident in the company's mission and every team member's ability to make it a reality, which is why I joined Rely.io as the lead product designer to curate the best experiences for all of our users, regardless of their level of experience with SRE practices.
