Not sure how to improve your reliability strategy with SLOs? We can help!
Frequently asked questions
During our beta, we’re focused on working with organizations with a particular technical profile and set of reliability practices. That means we need to filter incoming requests to provide the best possible experience to early users.
We are currently building our self-service onboarding flows, which will be available towards the end of 2022.
Really, really need Rely.io? Request access above or send us an email at hello@rely.io to tell us why.
We currently support the following data sources: New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, GCP Cloud Monitoring, and Prometheus. We’re also planning to build integrations with Datadog, Elasticsearch, and Azure Monitor, among others.
All hands on deck! As an early stage company, we can differentiate by dedicating a lot of attention to each of our customers. We want every early adopter of rely.io to be our design partner. Don’t be surprised if you see our CEO quickly responding to your requests on a shared Slack channel!
Sure thing! We provide a dedicated onboarding service for all teams joining the beta and a white-glove onboarding service for the Enterprise plan. In the latter, we will also provide consulting advice from field experts to help you master your reliability strategy.

A data source is an origin from where you send monitoring and observability data streams to detech.ai.
If you’re part of the beta, we will not start charging you automatically or restrict the account in any way when you go over the limits. Instead, we will reach out to you and notify you about it. We give a sufficient amount of time for you to decide and upgrade to the paid plans.
If you’re on the Enterprise plan, you will have a price per extra SLO. We will charge you according to your usage, allowing you to scale up or down according to your needs.
No, the prices do not include local tax.
Rely.io generically categorizes user data in two ways: raw data and SLO data. Raw data is monitoring data that is being ingested directly from data sources. This type of data is subject to downsampling. SLO data is data that is generated as a consequence of monitoring an SLO such as SLI time series data, error budget and burn rate data, etc.
Rely.io only stores raw data if it was ever used in the calculation of a given SLI. Both raw data and SLO data can be stored by rely.io for up to 1 year.
